Advising
Partnering directly with public sector organizations to assess AI readiness, identify high-value use cases, and navigate implementation risks. We bring academic rigor to real agency decisions.
Teaching
Preparing the next generation of public administrators to use, evaluate, and govern AI responsibly. Our curriculum emphasizes hands-on practice, ethical judgment, and practical deployment skills.
Building
Developing open-source tools and AI agents designed for the specific constraints of government work. Everything we build is publicly available and free to adapt for civic use.
